Tiburon Tavern is joining forces with Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch(R) to bring together standout chefs from around the country, seafood providers with a mission and high profile seafood organizations for a Bay Area fundraiser worth taking the bridge for. Hosted by Tiburon Tavern's Executive Chef Mo L'Esperance on Thursday July 27 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m., the Plenty of Fish in the Sea, a Seafood Watch Fundraiser will be a true seafood showcase. Chefs will be creating dishes that spotlight trash fish, invasive species, in addition to local, farmed and wild caught fish creations paired with an evening of hand-crafted cocktails, wine, live music, a raffle and more! Locals can delight in the culinary stylings of Award-winning chef William Dissen of North Carolina's The Market Place and James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for Best Chef, South Chef Steve Phelps of Florida's Indigenous. Fish will be provided by Royal Hawaiian Seafood, a longtime partner of greatest Bay Area chefs, providing the highest quality, traceable, and sustainable seafood possible.
