WHAT: Experience the abundance of the harvest season at the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens. This October, we will be introducing a new event that engages all the senses – introducing the Kendall-Jackson Harvest Celebration. After 20 years of hosting the Heirloom Tomato Festival each fall, we thought it was time for a change. We wanted to create a more intimate experience for our most valued fans that captures the bounty of harvest, while still indulging our love of tomatoes. Join us as we toast the season with this exclusive event sure to please even the most discerning palate. On Sunday, October 1st, enjoy the best of Sonoma County at our inaugural Harvest Celebration at the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens. Fans of our garden-grown heirloom tomatoes won’t be disappointed. But there’s so much more! Enjoy farm fresh produce straight from our garden (including the famous tomatoes), unique plates from select local purveyors, dynamic educational seminars featuring everything from bee hives to cheese making to barrel making, wine & food pairing demonstrations, outdoor painting sessions, live music, and – of course – exceptional Kendall-Jackson wines! Enjoy thoughtfully curated food pairings from local favorites, including: Backyard, Beehive Creamery, CHEVOO, El Barrio, Fiorello's Artisan Gelato, Hana, Hog Island Oysters, Jackson’s Bar and Oven, Nicasio Valley Cheese Co., Pt. Reyes Creamery, Stark Reality Restaurants, The Farmer’s Wife, Two Birds/One Stone, and Volo Chocolate. Live musical entertainment to be provided by: American Honey, Keith Andrew Band, and Root Stock. Proceeds from Harvest Celebration tickets sales will benefit the UC Master Gardener Program of Sonoma County, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide environmentally sustainable, science-based horticultural information to all of Sonoma County’s population. Presentations will include water conservation, sustainable home gardening, and supporting pollinating insects.
