Tacolicious Summer Guest Chef Series
For the eighth year, Tacolicious is hosting our popular Summer Guest Chef Series at our Ferry Plaza Farmer’s Market stand. Every Thursday features one of the city's top chefs slinging their take on a taco. All of the proceeds from the sales of each chef’s taco benefits CUESA (the Center for Urban Education and Sustainable Agriculture). To date we've raised over $25,000. The lineup this year represents the diverse chefs of SF with food from Hawaii to Louisiana to Greece to India with a couple stops in between. Check out the line up on CUESA's website. June 29 – Arthur Wall of Bayou July 6 – Chris Yang of Aina July 13 – Tony Cervone of Souvla July 20 – Telmo Faria of Uma Casa July 27 – Michelle Minori of Barzotto August 3 – Kim Alter of Nightbird August 10 - Aaron London of Al’s Place August 17 – Sujan Sarkar of Rooh All Tacolicious locations, including our farmers market stand, will be giving away Guest Chef Series “punch cards" for visitors to bring back each week. The market goers with the most punches will be entered to win a prize of a local farm tour for two, CUESA tote bag filled with market goodies, $25 in market coins and a Tacolicious cookbook.
