You’ve done the drill on Sundays where you and 50 other people are trying to get a table in your favorite brunch spot. Get out of line and into our class where we’ll create some of the classic dishes for brunch. Berry Scones – Its such a no brainer when you get a choice of toast, English muffins, or a scone. We’ll make a cream scone that is light and airy. Just perfect with clotted cream. Omelettes – It seems like one of the items that should be in everyone’s repertoire, but I’ve seen even the most seasoned chef loose one on the stove top. We’ll make sure you get the proper technique and sequence of steps to pull off the perfect omelette. Corned Beef Hash – Yum….with a poached egg and herb toast. Sausage and Spinach Strata – A savory bread pudding in a single dish. Perfect brunch food. Apple Dutch Baby – What a great way to get some fruit into your diet. Delicious and easy to make with a single pan! Cost is $125. Class begins at 10am and lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
