It includes a live theater dramatization of a harassment complaint that will challenge and coach senior-level HR professionals how to manage and defend effective compliance investigations presented before an administrative law judge. You will learn: 1. Effective investigation methods to assist senior-level HR in recognizing inadequate investigations. 2. Use the psychology of an investigator to ensure that your organization/enterprise's HR generalist(s) are conducting unbiased interviews with all parties (the complainant, accused and witnesses). 3. Identify contradictions between witnesses' earlier and later statements. 4. Organization/enterprise memory - what is it, how to create it and use it effectively during investigations to identify pattern harassers & avoid corrective action discrimination. 5.
