2017 San Francisco Decorator Showcase

Since 1977, the San Francisco Decorator Showcase has raised over $15 million in support of the San Francisco University High School Financial Aid Program. This year's Showcase promises to be extra special, as it marks the 40th anniversary of this historic event. The 2017 Showcase is located at 2698 Pacific Avenue, bringing this esteemed event back to Pacific Heights for the anniversary celebration. The exquisite 11,000 square foot residence, built in 1904 and designed by renowned architects Newsom and Newsom, offers panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge for truly beautiful views inside and out. To help us ring in the 40th year in style, we've enlisted the help of some of the Bay Area's finest interior designers and landscape architects. The full list can be found at About University High School: UHS is a special community, well-known for its challenging academic offerings and intellectual vitality. Our classrooms are full of spirited debate; our labs are spaces for collaborative discovery; and our studios, stages, and playing fields are arenas where we create and compete with passion and purpose. We believe that a lively academic culture, while the foundation of our mission, represents only one facet of an extraordinary school. Strong student and faculty relationships, a culture of peer support, students assuming leadership in all aspects of school life, and active service in the community beyond our campus are high, but the benefits of those aspirations are limitless in a school that believes in the promise of every student.
