Pop-up Meditation: The Practice of Zazen
Feeling stressed? An afternoon dose of meditation and tea is sure to relax your mind and body. Join us for guided seated Zen meditation led by staff from the San Francisco Zen Center, followed by a soothing brew. Zafu cushions provided. All you need to bring is yourself and a clear, open mind.
