Perennial Edible GardeningPerennials are the perfect foundation for your edible or permaculture gardens. They can produce food all year long, lower your grocery bill, improve your diet, and are a key resilience strategy in times of uncertainty. Learn the many benefits of perennials and how to add them to your landscape. Topics will include: perennial types, when and how to plant, propagation and maintenance. We’ll have free cuttings on hand to get you started! Workshop takes place in the back yard of EcoHouse, the Ecology Center’s demonstration house and garden, which showcases many perennial vegetable plants and other edible plantings. Tickets are $5 for members, $10 for non-members.
