James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner at Lambert Bridge Winery
Lambert Bridge Winery invites guests to join them for a special Sonoma County James Beard Celebrity Chef Dinner on Saturday, August 5, 2017. The James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour brings a taste of what happens at the James Beard House in New York City to more than 20 cities across the country each year. Located in the heart of Sonoma County, Lambert Bridge Winery is one of only a few stops the Tour will be making in Northern California. The winery will be joining forces with many of Sonoma County’s top culinary talents to welcome the Foundation on property for a one-night-only, multi-course dinner. The experience will include culinary collaborations from a select group of Sonoma County James Beard Award winning chefs including Host Chef Renaud Kolpin, Duskie Estes of Zazu Kitchen + Farm (Sebastopol), Erik Johnson of The Trading Post Restaurant (Cloverdale), Shane McAnelly of Chalkboard Restaurant (Healdsburg), Scott Romano of Dry Creek Kitchen (Healdsburg), and Dustin Valette of Valette Restaurant (Healdsburg). Beginning with a cocktail reception followed by a multi-course meal paired with Lambert Bridge’s limited production wines, the night will end with an interactive chef Q&A session. The James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner at Lambert Bridge Winery is on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 6:00pm. The dinner is open to the public. Tickets are $250 per person.
