Join Lambert Bridge Winery for the July installment of its 2017 Chef’s Table Series, an intimate food and wine pairing experience presented by a rotating schedule of top Sonoma County chefs.  Each chef will offer their own interpretation of seasonally-inspired cuisine using locally-grown ingredients to complement a selection of Lambert Bridge wines.    The chef who will be cooking for July Chef Mateo Granados, the Chef/Owner of Healdsburg’s Mateo’s Cocina. Yucatán-born Chef Granados is praised for his signature cuisine that showcases local and sustainable Sonoma ingredients infused with the vibrant regional flavors of his homeland.
