"Be Human Again- Love For Syria"

June 25, 2017
6:30 pm

"Be Human Again" is an art and music show to benefit Syrian refugees locally and internationally. It is being held by local Bay Area artists at Ashkenaz in Berkeley on Sunday, June 25th. The spirit of Be Human Again arises from the recognition that we are all connected, and we aim to bring people together from all walks of life to remember what life is truly about. Lifting each other up and expressing our love and compassion for one another is what makes a community thrive. We choose to take action to provide aid to our Syrian sisters and brothers to help as best as we can to enable members of our global family to Be Human Again. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Oxfam and PCRF - Palestine Children's Relief Fund's Syrian Children Relief Project. Featuring performances by Vincent Gargiulo National Park Flying Studios Mark Maynon Yolanda Davis With art from local Bay Area artists Harold Adler Alexis Babayan: Barry Cowan: Alisa Damaso: Mark Grim: Candace Harvey: Kadija Messara Cesar Sanchez
